I’ve been going to vinyasa yoga for about a month (2–3 times a week) and I’m confused in a good way 😅 Every class feels totally different even though we always start kind of similar (some breathing, then sun salutations). Some days it’s slow and stretchy, other days it’s like cardio and my wrists are dying.
Is vinyasa supposed to be “random” every time? Or are there rules teachers follow with the sequences? I’m trying to understand what makes vinyasa yoga different every class so I can pick classes that match my energy (and not feel lost when the flow changes). Any insight from teachers or long-time students?
