What are the best yoga YouTube channels?

Mister.Yoga — YouTube + Practice

Giada

Hi everyone 🌿 I’m trying to build a consistent home practice and YouTube is basically my “studio” right now. I’ve done some beginner flows before, but I get overwhelmed by the amount of channels out there. I’d love recommendations for the best yoga YouTube channels for:

- beginners (clear cues)

- days when I’m stressed and need something gentle

- strength / flexibility

- maybe also short 10–20 min sessions I can actually fit into my routine

I’m not looking for super flashy influencer vibes, just teachers who feel trustworthy and explain things well. Bonus points if they have playlists (morning, hips, back, etc.). What are your favorites and why?

Ravi

For a home practice, choose channels where the teacher guides breath (pranayama) and awareness, not only shapes. I often suggest Yoga With Adriene for a gentle entry, then Yoga With Kassandra for quieter flows. If you want a more traditional feeling, search for teachers who include breathing ratios, chanting, or a brief meditation at the end. Your body opens when the mind softens; let the inhale lift energy, and the exhale release tension through the spine. Create a small ritual: 3 slow breaths before you press play. That is already yoga.

Ok best yoga YouTube channels listtt 💖✨

- Yoga With Adriene: cozy, beginner-friendly, low pressure

- Move With Nicole: pilates-y + core, feel the burn (glow up energy)

- Yoga With Kassandra: yummy yin + chill flows

- SarahBethYoga: super organized playlists + short classes

If you want 10-20 mins, SarahBeth and Adriene have sooo many. Also don’t stress if you “can’t do it” — just show up, breathe, drink water, self-care vibes 😌🧘‍♀️

Enzo

Pick channels with precise alignment cues. Avoid fast vinyasa if you are new.

Recommendations:

- Iyengar-style tutorials (props, lines, details).

- “Hatha yoga beginner” playlists with slow pacing.

Rule: nasal breathing. Long exhale.

If you feel joint pain, stop. Adjust. Use blocks.

Lina

Oh honey, for stressed days I really love Yoga With Kassandra (her yin sessions are such a balm) and also Yoga With Adriene when you want something friendly and grounding 🥹💜. If you ever feel anxious, try searching “yin for anxiety” or “legs up the wall” (so simple, so effective) 😌✨. Put a blanket nearby, dim the lights, and let it be a little home sanctuary 🕯️🧘‍♀️💞

Tito

Best yoga YouTube channels? The ones where the teacher actually teaches and doesn’t just sell “booty sculpt chakra cleanse” leggings 😂🔥 Real yoga isn’t posing for Instagram. I’ll tolerate Yoga With Adriene because she’s not pretending to be a goddess descending from Bali every Tuesday. And if the thumbnail is all abs + “manifest” in neon text… run. 🏃‍♂️💀

Pina

Following because I’m super new 🙈🧘‍♀️ I tried a random “beginner flow” and my wrists hurt and I felt sooo stiff. Do you guys use a thick mat? Also… are you supposed to breathe only through the nose? 😅 If anyone has a channel that explains like VERY basic stuff (where to put hands/feet, what to do if you can’t touch the floor) please tell me 💜

Leo

For performance: look for channels that program mobility + breathwork consistently. Yoga is sneaky-good for HRV, sleep quality, and downregulating after training.

My picks:

- Yoga With Tim: more strength/structure, good progressions.

- Breathe and Flow: strength + mobility focus.

- Breathwork-focused sessions (search “box breathing” or “coherent breathing”) to stack with sleep optimization.

I track resting HR and HRV: 15 min evening mobility + nasal breathing tends to move the needle. Not medical advice, just N=1.

Sofi

okaaaay best yoga youtube channels BUT make it VIBES 🌙💗✨ I love Yoga With Kassandra for yin when the moon is doing moon things (full moon = hips release pls!!!) and Adriene when I need comfort energy 🥺🫶 also I light a lil candle + hold my rose quartz like “we are safe” 😭🔮 manifesting your perfect practice bestie!!! positive vibrations onlyyyyy 💞

Dario

If you like intensity, search for hot yoga / Bikram-inspired sequences (even if you’re not in a heated room). Mentally it’s about staying calm while everything screams. I do 60–90 min “hot-style” flows on YouTube, then finish with a long savasana like a cooldown after a sauna session. Hydrate, don’t be a hero, and build up gradually—heat + ego is a bad combo.

Nadia

If you’re pregnant (or might be), please choose channels that clearly label “prenatal yoga” and the trimester 🥰🤍. I like teachers who emphasize gentle breathing, side-lying options, and avoiding intense twists or deep core work. Always listen to your body, and if anything feels off (dizziness, pain, unusual symptoms), stop and check with your healthcare professional 🙏🧘‍♀️✨. If you tell me which trimester, I can suggest what to search for on YouTube.

Omar

Most “yoga YouTube” is watered down movement. The real practice is about awakening consciousness and tuning out the noise frequencies they push on us daily. Look for channels that include pranayama + meditation, not just vinyasa playlists. Third-eye work (ajna) is subtle—don’t rush it. When you breathe slowly, you’re basically stepping out of the system for a moment.

Zen

A good channel is one that makes you quieter.

Choose the teacher who leaves space.

Breathe.

Return.

As a former “stretching is optional” CrossFit person 😂🏋️‍♀️: Yoga With Tim and Breathe and Flow helped me a lot with shoulders/hips + hamstrings. Also Adriene has great recovery days when you’re wrecked after squats 😭. I’d search: “hips mobility,” “thoracic spine,” “shoulder opening.” Your lifts will thank you 💪🧘‍♀️

Chiara

For channels: Yoga With Kassandra (yin + calm aesthetic), SarahBethYoga (clean playlists, very “put together”), and Yoga With Tim (when you want a more structured vibe). Also little tip: a grippy mat makes YouTube practice 10x better—slipping ruins the mood 😅. And yes, a cute set helps motivation… sometimes the outfit is the routine 🖤🧘‍♀️✨

Kiran

If you feel called to subtler layers, explore Kundalini-oriented channels with mantra, mudra, and kriya. Search terms: “Kundalini kriya for vitality,” “nadi shodhana,” “Sat Nam meditation.” Move slowly and respectfully—kundalini work is not about forcing sensations, but allowing prana to rise through the sushumna with steadiness. If strong emotions surface, ground yourself and consider practicing with an experienced teacher as well.

Fede

I just want a channel that doesn’t casually say “and now just float into crow” like I’m a peaceful bird and not a shaky shopping cart 😭🛒🧘‍♂️. Adriene is nice because she’s like “do what you can” and I’m like YES finally permission to be a human 😂

Rita

If you need something accessible (or for parents/grandparents), search specifically “chair yoga” and “gentle yoga for seniors.” Good channels usually show modifications, slower transitions, and safe options for balance. A sturdy chair (no wheels) and comfortable clothing is enough. Consistency matters more than intensity—10 minutes daily can be wonderful.

Alba

I pair YouTube yoga with simple Ayurvedic rhythms: gentle morning flow, then warm water or ginger tea; evening yin, then chamomile or tulsi tea 🌿. For channels, I love Yoga With Kassandra for yin and Adriene for balanced practices. Also search “twists for digestion” but keep them gentle and never force—let breath guide the movement. Food and practice together should feel soothing, not punishing.

Max

Ok but which channels get you flexible FAST tho 😤🔥 I’m trying to get splits like yesterday 😂🦵. I’ve been doing “hamstring stretch” videos daily but I don’t know if I should push harder or do more days?? Any YouTube playlist that’s like 30 days to splits that actually works?? 👀

Iris

Yoga With Adriene helped me when my anxiety was really loud 🥺🌙. Her “yoga for anxiety” and “bedtime yoga” videos feel like someone gently guiding you back into your body. I used to feel silly doing it at home, but honestly it became my safe little routine. If you’re overwhelmed, start with 10 minutes and let that be enough 💗

Paolo

When choosing the “best yoga YouTube channels,” I ask: do they point toward yoga as a state of mind, not only exercise? In the Yoga Sutras, practice (abhyasa) and non-attachment (vairagya) are central—so a channel that encourages consistency without obsession is ideal. Adriene is popular for good reason: approachable and psychologically safe. If you want more contemplative content, search for teachers who integrate short reflections, meditation, or ethical themes (yamas/niyamas) alongside asana.

Ludo

I’m obsessed with doing yoga from YouTube like it’s my mini Bali retreat 😭🌴✨ I do Adriene in the morning, then journal + lemon water (its my ritual) and no phone for 1 hour cuz digital detox is everything. Also I love Boho Beautiful but sometimes it’s too perfect lol. Make a playlist for “soft mornings” and you will feel so brand new, trust me.

Sara

Define “best.” What outcomes?

For stress and sleep: any channel with slow breathing + longer holds.

Evidence exists for yoga improving anxiety symptoms and sleep quality in some studies. But effect sizes vary.

I prefer teachers who cue alignment and avoid extreme ranges.

Do they cite sources? Rare.

If you ever want to try something different: aerial yoga channels are sooo fun 😍🪽. Search “aerial yoga beginner hammock” and make sure they explain safe rigging and low-to-the-ground options. The floating feeling is unreal, and inversions feel more supported. Just please be careful with setup—when in doubt, learn in a studio first 🙏✨

Elisa

Giada, I love how you’re approaching this—finding teachers that feel trustworthy is such a good instinct 🥹💜. And to everyone reading: you don’t have to be flexible, skinny, calm, or “good” at yoga to belong here 😭🫶. Adriene + Kassandra are great starting points, and short practices totally count!!! Even 10 minutes is you showing up for yourself 🌸✨ Keep it gentle, keep it kind, and ask questions anytime 💞
