Hi everyone, I’m dealing with on-and-off lower back pain (mostly after long hours sitting at my desk + commuting). Some days it’s just stiffness, other days it’s a dull ache around the low spine/hips. I’m not looking for a “miracle fix,” just the best yoga poses for lower back pain that are actually safe and beginner-friendly.
I tried a few YouTube flows but sometimes they make me feel worse, especially deep forward folds or big twists. I can’t tell if I’m doing them wrong or if they’re just not right for my back. I’d love a small set of poses (and any breathing tips) I can do in the evening, like 10–15 minutes. Also: any red flags where I should stop and see a physio/doctor? Thanks—this community feels way safer than random comment sections.
